Stay at the Villa or Nearby

Stay at the villa: full experience

Stay in a nearby town: lessons + meals only

Staying off-site offers more independence. Renting a car is recommended, and driving in the region is simple (automatic options available).

A lush garden with colorful flowers, a stone house with green shutters, and a large terracotta pot in the foreground. There is a metal archway covered with flowers, leading to a patio area.
A backyard scene with a table set with breakfast items, surrounded by green bushes and potted plants, with trees and cloudy sky in the background.

The Experience

Mornings: Paint and Learn

Each morning features guided painting sessions with personalized instruction and demonstrations in Plein air painting, either in oils or watercolor.

We will focus on capturing the light, color, and atmosphere of the Tuscan landscape, with up to five hours of instruction devoted to technique, observation, and creative development.

Afternoons: Explore Freely

Afternoons and evenings are intentionally left open to enjoy the region at your own pace—whether that’s wandering through a quiet village, visiting a local winery, or simply relaxing at the villa.

Evenings: Dinner

After painting, we gather at the villa to relax and share meals together.

Dinner is a time to unwind, connect, and reflect on the day, though you’re always free to explore local dining options in nearby towns if you prefer.

Many guests choose to explore Rome before heading to the villa.

A narrow alleyway between old stone buildings with a small truck parked underneath an archway, small windows with brown shutters, and a hanging clothesline with a white curtain. Some metal pipes run along the walls.
Front view of a grand cathedral with detailed stone carvings and colorful mosaics on the facade, a rose window at the center, and spires reaching into a blue sky. People are walking and sitting on the steps in front.
A croissant and a small glass of coffee on a wooden table at an outdoor café with umbrellas, potted plants, and a historic building in the background.
